[Job Description]

General duties related to customer service and sales

  • Store sales
    When a limited-time shop is held, everyone works together to set up the store and sell the products.
    Customer service and sales at permanent stores

  • Administrative work (department stores and other business partners)
    Tasks related to various procedures, such as preparing documents when opening a store

  • human resources
    HR department due to business expansion

  • Customer support (support for those making telephone inquiries)
    Responding to numerous inquiries both online and offline
    Aiming to be No. 1 in customer satisfaction, we provide services that satisfy our customers

  • ONLINE
    Work related to website construction, SNS management, content marketing, etc.

[Business details]

  • Introducing and selling VIVAIA items tailored to customer needs

  • Answering the phone, cashiering, wrapping

  • In-store displays and POP creation

  • Stock organization, receiving, inspection, inventory work, etc.

  • Business communication reports, etc. (Since there will be communication with overseas factories and offline members, language skills (Chinese and English) will be useful)

[Application requirements]

We will give preferential treatment in accordance with our company regulations, taking into consideration experience, ability, etc.

① Part-time job * Customer service sales experience preferred (does not have to be shoe sales)

Hourly wage: 1,500 yen → 3 days or more per week

Store salesperson: Monthly salary from 250,000 yen
Assistant manager: Monthly salary from 270,000 yen
Manager: Monthly salary from 300,000 yen
Area manager: Monthly salary from 350,000 yen

・Working hours: 2 days off per week, shift system, 8 hours of actual work
