■Shipping Fees
・If your order amount is over 10,000 yen, shipping will be free.
・If your order amount is less than 10,000 yen, you will be required to pay a flat shipping fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) nationwide.
■About shipping
・Products are shipped from overseas,Products are usually delivered within about 3 to 6 days after your order is completed (depending on stock availability, products may be shipped from a domestic warehouse).
・All customs duties will be borne by VIVAIA (if the item is shipped via DHL Express for customer's convenience, customs duties will be borne by the customer)
・If you need to return or exchange an item, please rest assured that the return address will be Saitama Prefecture, not overseas.
■About gift wrapping
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide gift wrapping services for our products, as they are mainly shipped from overseas warehouses. Your order will be delivered in a shoebox wrapped in a plastic bag for shipping. Please note that your package will only contain the shoes you ordered, and will not include anything indicating the price of the product.
