■Shipping Fees
・If your order amount is over 10,000 yen, shipping will be free.
・If your order amount is less than 10,000 yen, you will be required to pay a flat shipping fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) nationwide.
■About shipping
・Products are shipped from overseas,Products are usually delivered within about 5 to 8 days after your order is completed (depending on stock availability, products may be shipped from a domestic warehouse).
・All shipping fees and customs duties will be borne by VIVAIA (if the product is shipped via DHL Express, the customer will be responsible for customs duties).
・If you need to return or exchange an item, please rest assured that the return address will be to Chiba Prefecture, not overseas.
■About canceling or changing your order

■ Regarding returns due to product defects, etc.

■Returns due to customer convenience

*For products purchased at the pop-up shop, we will accept returns and exchanges at the store where they were purchased during the event period. However, since this is a limited-time event, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased more than 7 days ago.
■ About exchanges
・You can exchange your item for a different color, size, or other product. There is no limit to the number of times you can exchange your item.
・If there is a difference in price between the exchanged product and the original product, we will pay the difference (if the exchanged product is more expensive) or refund the difference (if the original product is more expensive).
・The replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
■Notes on returns and exchanges
- Returns and exchanges of purchased items are limited to unused items.

1週間ほど通勤で履いてますが今の所どこも痛くなく快適です
長時間歩く旅行でも快適だと良いのですが。。
とにかく履きやすい。通勤中の満員電車でもどれだけ歩いても問題なし。
想像以上に履きやすいので、無意識のうちに手が伸びてしまうシューズです。他の方が履き続けるとすこし伸びてくるような書き込みをされているので、ヘビロテしてどれくらいらい持つのか調べてみたいです。
Instagramを拝見し気になってましたが名古屋には店舗がなく、シンガポールへ旅行した際に店舗を発見し試着しオンラインにて購入ました。
外反拇趾の箇所が当たり、数日間は痛かったのですがすぐに馴染み今は快適です。
ただ雨の日は水がしみてしまうので次回は防水タイプを購入したいと思います。
長い時間歩くとどの靴を履いても必ず靴ズレしてましたが、このフラットシューズは全く痛くならないです。フラットシューズはつま先が丸い形が多いですが、これはポインテッドトゥで美脚に見えるし軽いし最高すぎます。もう他の靴履けません。
